If you have already filled out your criminal background check and been approved for the 2019-2020 year, you can signup to help at this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f044eafa62ba3ff2-2019
Need to fill out a criminal background check so you can volunteer? Follow this link: Volunteer criminal background check. Background checks are purged at the end of every school year and must be filled out each year.
Looking forward to a great year!
We are pleased to announce that the 6th grade donated the most to our PAWS for the Cause fundraiser! Since all of the students were able to a dress like a superhero during Red Ribbon Week, our 6th graders won a ‘use your device day at lunch’ for Friday, November 4th! We raised $14,450 through our PAWS fundraiser.
On November 11th, we will be honoring the veterans in our community. The sixth grade will attend a Veteran’s Day Assembly and afterwards the PTO will host a reception for the veterans who attended. Please check the SUG to see if you can donate some breakfast items or help serve at the reception. http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c044fa4a729a1fc1-20167
The Jag Dash Committee wants to express their sincere appreciation for everyone who contributed to the event. Whether it be by volunteering, donating, running or purchasing silent auction or raffle items, we appreciate your support!
Don’t forget the PTO Meeting on Tuesday, November 8th at 1 pm in Room 314. Everyone is welcome!
As in years past, we will be providing snack bags to teachers during STAAR testing. If you are able to donate an item or help with assembly, please sign up for a slot. The teachers appreciate this so much!
